Privacy & controls

What we store

• Your account email and password, held by the authentication service.
• A profile: display name, your 18+ confirmation, your self-reported age in whole years, and optionally a broad city or region, a country, the languages you speak and a short note about your interests. We do not ask for your date of birth, and we never request or store a precise location or GPS position. Other eligible members can see these profile details.
• Your matching preferences — the age range, city or region, country and conversation language you are looking for. These are stored privately against your account, only you can read or change them, and they are never shown to other members.
• An optional portrait photo if you choose to upload and save it. This is separate from your live webcam stream, is owner-scoped, and can be removed at any time. Eligible members may view a saved portrait. Unsaved portraits are staged privately on our server, and we attempt to clean them up when you discard or remove them.
• Live presence while you are in the lounge: your visibility choice, whether you are in a call, and a timestamp that we refresh so disconnected sessions disappear automatically.
• Likes you send — a private preference only you can see.
• Invitations you send or receive, and their outcome.
• A durable record of completed private encounters so the site can enforce the round-table rule: once a pair finishes, neither of you can re-invite, reconnect, or re-enter each other's rotation.
• Blocks you create, and reports you submit.
• Short-lived signaling messages used to set up a video call. Only the recipient can read them and they are deleted automatically after a bounded lifetime or once the call state is resolved.
• AI usage quota metadata — for example, how many profile-assistance requests you have made in the current hour — so the service can enforce fair-use limits.
• Privacy-limited signup analytics: whether a signup button was clicked and whether an email registration completed, plus the button placement. These events contain no email, name, account ID, profile details or message content. Google Analytics processes the events with advertising features and browser analytics storage disabled.

What we never store

No video, no audio, no recordings, no screenshots and no snapshots from your camera. There is no recording feature in this product. Optional portrait uploads are stored separately from your live camera stream. Identity and adult-age checks use the genuine verification provider described in the app when that provider is configured.

AI profile assistance

The Profile Studio lets you type private notes about yourself and, if you choose, upload a photo for feedback. Nothing is sent to the configured AI provider until you explicitly press a request button. When you request assistance, your prompt and any selected photo are sent to our configured AI provider. The app does not save your draft profile fields until you press Save. The provider may process or retain request data under its own terms. Saved profiles are stored as described above. We do not ask the AI to rank attractiveness, guess sensitive traits, or invent facts about you.

Who can see your camera

Your camera and microphone stay off in Profiles and the Lounge. They are requested only when you explicitly join an accepted private one-on-one room. There are no public live previews or broadcasts. Either person can press End call at any time.

How media travels

Private video and audio are encrypted in transit through WebRTC. By default the two browsers try to connect directly. If a direct path is not possible, media may be relayed through a short-lived TURN server when one is configured. We cannot prevent another person from capturing their own screen with external software, and we will never claim otherwise.

Your controls

• Switch your camera off, sign out, or close the tab — your presence is removed as soon as the server receives the heartbeat loss. A sudden network drop may leave a stale session briefly visible until the next heartbeat timeout passes.
• Your saved profile photos and availability are visible to eligible members in discovery. Live video is private to your accepted one-on-one room.
• Decline any invitation; invitations also expire on their own.
• Leaving stops your camera and microphone immediately. The other side ends when it receives the end signal or detects the lost connection.
• Block someone: you disappear from each other permanently.
• Report someone: stored privately, readable only by you and the site owner.
• Save or remove your optional portrait photo at any time.
• Permanently delete your account from Account controls in My Profile. This removes your sign-in identity, profile, private photos, invitations and dating activity and cannot be undone.

Access

Members, live presence and all media access require a signed-in, eligible account, and that is enforced on the server — not just hidden in the interface.
