Privacy & controls

What we store

• Your account email and password, held by the authentication service.
• A profile: display name, your 18+ confirmation, and optionally a broad city and a short note about your interests. We do not ask for your date of birth or a precise location.
• Live presence while you are in the lounge: your visibility choice, whether you are in a call, and a timestamp that we refresh so disconnected sessions disappear automatically.
• Likes you send — a private preference only you can see.
• Invitations you send or receive, and their outcome.
• Blocks you create, and reports you submit.
• Short-lived connection messages used to set up a video call. Only the recipient can read them and they are deleted as soon as they are used.

What we never store

No video, no audio, no recordings, no screenshots and no snapshots from your camera. There is no recording feature in this product. Video and audio travel directly between the two devices in a call. We cannot stop another person from capturing their own screen with external software, and we will never claim otherwise.

Who can see your camera

Nobody, until you choose. Your browser only asks for camera access after you press “Enable camera”. Then you pick one of two settings, and you can change it at any moment:

• Private invitations only (the default) — your live video is not sent to any other member. You are still visible in the lounge as a present member and can be invited.
• Public in the lounge — a muted live preview of your camera is shared with signed-in members who are in the lounge and have not been blocked. No audio is ever shared in the lounge.

Your microphone is separate and is only requested when you explicitly choose to join a private call with it.

Your controls

• Switch your camera off, sign out, or close the tab — your presence is removed.
• Change visibility between private and public at any moment.
• Decline any invitation; invitations also expire on their own.
• Leave a call instantly; both sides stop sending immediately.
• Block someone: you disappear from each other permanently.
• Report someone: stored privately, readable only by you and the site owner.

Access

Members, live presence and all media access require a signed-in, eligible account, and that is enforced on the server — not just hidden in the interface.
